Insurance
POW! Psychotherapy is not in-network with any insurance plans. Full payment is due at the time of your appointment.
Rates
Therapy Services
- 50 minute session: $200.00
- 90 minute session: $300.00
- First session/intake: $325.00 (90 minutes)/$225 (50 minutes)
*If you are attending family therapy with more than four people, there will be an additional $10.00 fee per person per session.
Additional Investments
- Safe & Sound Protocol (SSP) access: $125 (one time fee)

Sliding Scale
Sliding scale and reduced rate options are not currently available for services with Ashley.
Ashley has a supervisee who offers income-based sliding scale sessions via their work at Blue Box Counseling & Wellness. Check out Emily‘s profile to learn more.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of your appointment. Cash, check, and all major credit cards are accepted.
POW! Psychotherapy accepts most HSA/FSA cards. Check with your employer or plan administrator to ensure you can use your account for mental health services.
Some insurance plans allow you to submit receipts/statements for out-of-network reimbursement of costs that you have paid out of pocket. Call the number on the back of your insurance card to learn about your plan, and if they participate in this type of direct reimbursement. You are responsible for all communication and interaction with your insurer. POW! Psychotherapy will not have any contact with your insurance company.

Cancellation
Please contact your therapist as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel with fewer than 72 hours notice, you will owe 35% of your session fee. If you cancel with fewer than 24 hours notice, you will owe the full session fee. You may cancel via your client portal, or by contacting your therapist via email.
Good Faith Estimate
You have the right to request a Good Faith Estimate. This is to ensure there are no financial surprises during your service period. A fee schedule is provided in your informed consent/intake paperwork for full transparency around the cost of services. Please see this Standard Notice for further information.
